Dynamic Meditation/Mindfulness

The world is getting faster and as we try to catch up with its rhythm, we forget to stop and breathe. My methods vary but they all have one aim to help people become aware of what is going on in
their minds.

Meditation and mindfulness help a person become more resilient towards the stress of everyday life. I do not bound myself to the room within four walls. I prefer to make a personal evaluation and present those techniques which the client needs. My background in yoga and psychotherapy enables me to step out of the symptom oriented approach and consider a more holistic one.
