Burnout is not a disease for failures: on the contrary: those at risk are people who are strongly committed and enthusiastic about their but for some reason hit a wall and bleed out.

Burnout happens to people with very ambitious goals, people who are exceptionally ready for action, are idealistic, sensitive and compassionate.
